I’m idealistic in an admittedly impractical sort of way. What some may consider naivety, I consider the choice to view the world through a simplistic moral lens.
Quite naturally, this idealism has proven unrealistic in the real world of burnt cookies, speeding tickets, loss, and heartbreak. And my optimism has certainly got me into trouble over the years. Too often it meets disappointment or skepticism. But in every situation, the silver lining can always shine through. So in this blog, I just want to celebrate the fun, quirky, unique things about life that make it special. Too often I pass through the day without appreciating the gifts and beauty in life...and this blog will hopefully be a great way to reflect on it!
